Recommendation Serve at 16º-18º C. An excellent option to go with a broad bean game stew, duck rice, hare rice, partridge à la six hundred devils or just a typical Portuguese steak; or even a plate of soft cheeses such as Azeitão or Serra.

Harvest September, the harvest was done manually and transported in 10kg boxes to avoid crushing the grapes
Oenology Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank, for three weeks, at a controlled temperature of 24ºC
Aging After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 28 months in young French oak barrels, afterwards in bottle.

It was Filipe Barreiros Cardoso’s first red wine, and this new edition gives continuity to the portrayal of the pleasant and long soirees that have, throughout the years, inspired Filipe to follow his desire to keep developing his knowledge, and, finally get involved with the wine world. With this new special label, we want you to go on being a part of our greatest pleasure, which is to enjoy this wine in great company, dreaming always of what will come next.
