Tasting Notes: Colour: Grenache/Aroma:On the nose it presents darker fruits, ripe prunes, spices and a complex finish with notes of nuts.
Flavour: Greatly balanced mouth with an acidity that gives it a wonderful freshness. Well integrated wood.
Alcohol Content: 15,5%; Reducing sugars 0,8 g/l
pH3,52 Total acidity 5,8g/l
Number of Bottles: 10 of 1,5L and 3 730 of 0,75L

Recommendations: Serve at room temperature of 16-18ºC. Intense cheeses, oily nuts, game dishes, pork belly confit, Portuguese “migas” with ribs.
Terroir: Clay
Harvest: In September the harvest was done manually and transported in 10kg boxes to avoid crushing the grapes.
Oenology: Alcoholic fermentation in inox vats for 3 weeks with a controlled temperature of 24ºC.
Ageing: After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 3 years in new French oak barrels, afterwards it aged in the bottle.
