Tasting Notes: Colour: Grenache/Aroma:On the nose it presents darker fruits, ripe prunes, spices and a complex finish with notes of nuts.
Flavour: Greatly balanced mouth with an acidity that gives it a wonderful freshness. Well integrated wood.
Alcohol Content: 15%; Reducing sugars 1 g/l
pH3,62 Total acidity 5,5g/l
Number of Bottles: 3100 of 0,75 l

Recommendations: Serve at room temperature of 16-18ºC. Intense cheeses, oily nuts, game dishes, pork belly confit, Portuguese “migas” with ribs.
Terroir: Clay
Harvest:On September 14th the harvest was done manually and transportes i 10Kg boxes to avoid crushing the grapes.
Oenology: Alcoholic fermentation in inox vats for 3 weeks with a controlled temperature of 24ºC.
Ageing:After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for two years in new French oak barrels, afterwards it aged for 8 years in the bottle.
