Flavour : Very soft wood notes, prolonged and persistent finish denoting a good integration with the wood and recalling the aromas

Bottling July 4th of 2020 with cork stopped – flor extra category

Recommendation Serve at 14 – 18º C. In order to enhance the wood aging process we recommend decanting the wine. An excellent option to go with stews, as ossobuco, or oven dishes like the Portuguese traditional rice duck.
Terroir Clay
Harvest On August 31, the harvest was done manually and transported in 10 kg boxes to avoid crushing the grapes
Oenology Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, for three weeks, at a controlled temperature of 24º C
Aging After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 1 year and 8 months in your French oak barrels

This wine took its time to be released because we wanted it to be original and innovative. It required a lot of inspiration and a “divine pact” in order for it to come to life. Facetiously, the name of the wine and its label allude to this pact that kept us going, caring on despite frustrations and onto finally producing one of the best wines that has thus far left our winery.
